Articles of jewelry made in the 19th century, inspired by the Etruscan archaeological discoveries and especially such pieces made by Pio Fortunato Castellani and Carlo Giuliano, the latter while employed in London by Robert Philips. Such jewelry was also made by John Brodgen.
