To the USA:

• order before our morning 9.00 AM and have it the next day at your doorstep
• due to custom regulations loose diamonds and watches are excluded from this service
• price for express shipping and insurance is €50
  (normal shipping and insurance to the usa is €30 and takes a few days longer)
• your order and credit card information needs to be in our mornings (GMT+1) at 9.00 am (3.00 am EST) the latest
• in case of problems with authorization of your credit card can we not guarantee this service
• mention in a reply to the order form we will send you, that you need it as express delivery
  (that's why it is important to use our e-store system)
• ONLY WITH ALL CONDITIONS FULFILLED WE CAN GUARANTEE THIS SPECIAL SERVICE

You can order by purchasing directly from our e-store.

• you could also send us a mail with the adin stock number of the item of your desire
• only in case someone else has purchased the same article through the e-store that other person will get priority on that purchase

Payment can be made by credit card only

• if you think we still have your information on file and it is still valid you don't need to send it
• although it is always better to play it save and send us this information again

How to send us your credit card information

Please send it in three different mails

• in the first you write the first 8 digits of your card number
• in the second mail the remaining digits plus the expiry date
• in the third one the secret code from the back of your card.

First-time customers

• it is important to notify your credit card company that you do an overseas purchase with us
• shipping address needs to be the same as the billing address used by the credit card company

In case you buy outside our e-store system you have to supply us with the following information:

We will bill your credit card in the following manner

• online price per article as mentioned in our e-store
• €50 express shipment and insurance (normal shipping and insurance is €30)
  (destinations in Asia and the South Pacific have a higher rate....we're preparing a chart with prices for this)
• an additional €5 will be added for every extra item in the same parcel
• in case of resizing of rings a flat fee of €25 per ring (even when mentioned free resizing in description)

Again we would like to emphasize that express delivery (and express resizing) is only valid when all conditions are fulfilled
