These are not earclips that disappear into the background. Made around 1950, their curling platinum forms take the crisp glamour of Art Deco and give it a more playful Fifties rhythm. Two round brilliant-cut diamonds anchor a shimmering scatter of smaller stones. Meant to be worn, they make a modest yet unmistakable statement: compact in scale, but full of sparkle and character.

The platinum fronts form a pair of stylised fan-like scrolls whose radiating geometry gives a
mid-century interpretation of Art Deco clarity.
Period: circa 1950
Material: Platinum fronts, set with diamonds, with 18K white gold clip fittings,
touchstone tested.
Diamonds: Two round brilliant-cut diamonds, together approximately 0.30 ct, and 40
eight-cut diamonds, together approximately 1.12 ct; F to H colour and VS to SI clarity.
All 42 diamonds were individually screened with the EXA Natural Diamond Detector and
identified as natural diamonds.
Total diamonds: 42 diamonds, together approximately 1.42 ct.
Traditional gemstone associations: Diamonds are traditionally associated with April,
enduring love and strength.
