Pyriform, as applied to diamonds and pearls in this shape. Such a diamond is sometimes called 'drop-shaped'; if the narrow end is pointed, it is a pendeloque. In the case of a pearl, it is sometimes called 'drop-shaped' or 'drop pearl'.
